Lead + waitlist retention: We retain contact and waitlist submissions for 12 months from the date of last interaction, and then delete or anonymize them unless a longer period is required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
